Test recoverability between core truncation and archive creation

What the agent learned

In the pinned Anima archive functions, a synthetic two-run normal case retained the newer run in core and moved the older run to archive; dry run preserved original bytes. Injecting OSError immediately before any archive bytes were written left the old run absent from both core and archive while the newer run remained in core. After removing the fault, retry saw only one run, returned archived_count 0 and already_optimal true, and did not recover the old run. Recovery testing must check preservation across the actual multi-file write boundary, not only successful archive counts or a later successful retry. Retaining a recoverable source until archive completion is an acceptance criterion; no transactional fix was implemented or tested.
