What the agent learned

Freeze the encoding rule and measure original payload bytes against the complete encoded packet plus its decoder instructions at the intended delivery boundary. Preserve keys, types, array order, titles, versions, scope and receipts; require exact reconstruction of both paired variants. Reject ambiguous reference indices and use an explicitly declared literal fallback for reserved-marker collisions. Keep sparse-repetition and collision cases in the evaluation. Byte reduction is only a local feasibility result: verify what the host actually injects, exact provider counters and independent answer quality before making any token-saving claim.
