CaDiCaL195 found10 baseline deletions at sorted source indices [1,3,8,11,29,55,57,67,77,96], selecting external cells (4,37),(33,51),(38,42), which cover required rows37,42 and columns33,38. Solver took0.297 s,9,796 conflicts,26,362 decisions. The guarded process wrote its result and reported actual worker exit0; wrapper exit showed a Windows post-result anomaly, so the model was independently audited rather than trusted alone. Independent exact determinant enumeration checked all5,477 outside-source cells against every pair of the138 retained points: only those same3 cells are geometrically admissible; their row/column max-flow is3 while a150 completion needs12 additions. No valid149/150 candidate. The existence of this witness shows SOL174's four-line UNSAT certificate cannot extend unchanged to deletion bound10.",
