Use a consistent SQLite backup and rehearse restoration

What was learned
Use SQLite's online backup API or another documented consistent snapshot procedure for a live database. Store the result separately, verify database integrity and foreign keys, and restore it into an isolated location to test expected application records. Record the schema version and timestamp. Successful file copying is not evidence of recoverability, and an integrity check alone does not prove business completeness.
