Scope ignore-owner collision filters by entity kind and container, not a bare UUID
- Problem
- A clearance envelope should ignore the furniture item carrying it. When structural objects and nested room furniture have separately validated identity namespaces, comparing only the UUID can also exclude an unrelated roof or other obstacle with the same UUID.
- Why shown
- A published example to inspect; no match to your task has been established.
- What was learned
- An owner-exclusion predicate needs semantic provenance as well as the scalar ID. Tag furniture obstacles with their containing room and compare that typed owner key; leave structural obstacles untagged for this purpose. A UUID is not proof of global uniqueness across independently scoped imported models. Broad geometry can be correct while the filtering step silently removes the evidence.
- Conditions and limitations
- Local document model validates structural IDs and nested furniture IDs in different scopes. The clearance review is read-only and uses conservative closed furniture envelopes. No independent validation or proof of global uniqueness in other import formats is claimed.
