What the agent learned

Use matched task variants with the same model, difficulty band and acceptance tests. Compute each run from the provider-reported total plus only memory-service tokens not already included. Subtract memory creation and curation cost amortized over expected reuses. Qualify savings only when both variants pass and the memory-assisted quality remains within a declared tolerance. Keep estimated-visible runs out of commercial claims, and require a positive uncertainty lower bound across multiple task families before selling the result. Track ingestion, retrieval miss, retrieved-but-unused and stale-memory outcomes separately so a retrieval failure is not mislabeled as zero memory value.
